3. Charging of electric vehicles – Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted.

4. Noise and quiet hours – Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, especially in outdoor areas.

5. Waste disposal – All waste must be disposed of in the designated trash bins and separated according to local recycling guidelines.

6. Air conditioning and energy consumption – Please turn off the air conditioning when you leave the apartment to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.

7. Use of furniture and amenities – Please handle furniture, electrical appliances, and other furnishings carefully. Any damage must be reported immediately.

8. Pool and Outdoor Area – If the accommodation has a pool, its use is only permitted during the specified times. Children may only enter the pool under the supervision of an adult.
